Internet DVD Rentals in Canada
I have been using Internet DVD rentals for some time now and the other day I got this great movie that was made in Canada. It was a comedy about this guy who had fallen in love with two different girls and couldn’t make up his mind about which one to dedicate his heart to. This is one of the best things about Internet DVD rentals, the ability to rent movies that aren’t necessarily Hollywood blockbusters.
I think for us here in Canada this factor is crucial because when looking at the selections of titles available on some of the American online DVD rental company’s web pages the amount of foreign films was ridiculous and almost insulting but again I guess there isn’t much that can be done about that.
It sure is great to be able to log onto one of the Canadian online DVD rental companies and see such a fantastic selection of English and French DVD movies. There is also a good selection of foreign films from other countries, although I would like to see more titles.
The other advantage to having our own internet based DVD rental companies is that the people who live in the sticks don’t have to wait so long to be able to see new releases or non Hollywood made movies.
More and more Canadians are seeing that internet DVD rentals is obviously the way to go and I hope that as it becomes more popular the amount of available titles will increase and the monthly cost for renting the DVDs will go down.
